China Mobile Filter to Block 50% of SMS Spam

China Mobile’s recently completed spam SMS control platform is now monitoring point-to-point messages in real time, with filtering and call restriction on problematic numbers. The volume of spam messages sent in Beijing is expected to drop by 50%.
